VBF vane filter plate, filter elements of the filter plate products are double-sided plate structure, because of the double-sided structure, so the area of the filter equipment increases, the equipment filtration efficiency is higher.  

Main technical features:  

1.  Used for making the filter plate of the blade filter, the single layer of the screen plate of the filter plate adopts special equipment for bending and forming, the outermost layer is 220 mesh (can also be 380, 320, 200 mesh, 150 mesh) of the filter layer, which is composed of two layers of fine screen composite.  The choice of different mesh size is determined by the nature and condition of the filter material.  220 has now become an international standard process parameter, which is based on the global diatomite varieties in mechanical processing in some aspects of the mechanical size below 250 mesh (coarse soil is generally 70-110 mesh, fine soil between 150-240 mesh) although different soil origin, different processing technology, may cause certain differences.  But 220 mesh can ensure that suitable for diatomite "pre-coated bridge" quickly formed applications.  

2.  Unique structure, widely suitable for a variety of applications.  

The first layer is dense and smooth, very good for cake peeling.  

The second layer is a support layer with high strength, which is braided by three layers of coarse silk, and  only about 20 mesh. The reason why the precision span is large with the first layer is to avoid residual impurities in the filter material, so as to facilitate cleaning and recoiling.  

A complete plate in the middle of a higher strength of the spacer layer, is a net liquid collection channel, on both sides of the filter plate, the filter plate close to the support layer, in the filtration of liquid from both sides into, and impurities in the filter plate, the outer side of the filter plate.  

3.  Weldless sealing reduces the risk of material oxidation, making it more suitable for a variety of harsh chemical applications.  

4.  The blade filter plate, the filter plate does not need the filter cloth, greatly simplifies the use and maintenance, reduces the consumption of supplies, can withstand the vibration slag discharge, gas back blowing and other strict mechanical strength requirements.
